Our fully furnished condos have three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, giving your group room to settle in during your Perdido Key getaway.

Daily and weekly rates are available, with monthly rentals offered during select months. Monthly condo rentals are not available May–July. See our condo rates for seasonal pricing and availability.

Yes! Friends and family can reserve RV sites, marina slips, and condos at the same resort. Each reservation is subject to availability.

All pets for our condo visitors much be approved before booking the rental. The condo rate sheet lists nonrefundable pet fees of $75 per week, per pet, and $200 per month.

Cleaning fees are additional. The rate sheet lists minimum cleaning fees of $175 for daily and weekly stays and $225 for monthly stays. Special-date cleaning fees are listed as $175/$200; contact the office to confirm the applicable fee.

No, grills are not provided. Please do not place grills, cooktops, or hot items on the resort’s picnic tables.

Special-date condo reservations require a three-night minimum. Deposits for reservations containing any special rated or holiday date are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Daily cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur a $150 fee. Weekly cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur a $200-per-week fee. Monthly cancellations require at least 60 days’ notice and incur a $350-per-month fee. Cancellations within the applicable window forfeit the full deposit. Special rated and holiday reservations have nonrefundable, nontransferable deposits. No refunds are issued after check-in. See our full cancellation policy before booking.
