Quiet time is 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. Respect your fellow camper. Do not walk through fellow campers' sites.

Please place garbage in the dumpster located near the entrance of the Resort. Household trash only. Please do not place garbage at curb overnight. You can put it at the curb in the morning no later than 10 a.m.

No glass on the beach area. Please clean up after yourself.

NO jumping off docks. No fishing off docks. No smoking or pets in any Resort buildings. Please, NO cigarette butts or litter on the ground — $25 fee for non-compliance.

For your safety, bicycles and skateboards are NOT permitted on sidewalks or the Marina dock.

Please help us keep the grounds and bathrooms clean. Leave them as you would like to find them.

Showers are not unisex. This is a family resort; any violations will result in immediate departure.

Each site will be checked at departure for damages.

To provide a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere for our winter guests, the RV park operates as an adult-only community during Snowbird Season December 1st – March 1st. Grandchildren are always welcome to come visit while you are staying with us during Snowbird Season for short-term stays only; extended stays are not permitted.

For RVs we allow temporary stays and rentals only. No RV reservation, rental, or continuous stay may exceed six months. RV guests are not permitted to establish permanent residency on the property. All stays are considered transient in nature and are subject to approval, availability, and the resort's rules and policies. Management reserves the right to decline, limit, or end any reservation that would cause a guest's stay to exceed six months.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW PERDIDO KEY RV RESORT RULES & REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN FORFEITING THE REMAINDER OF YOUR STAY AND ANY MONIES ALREADY PAID. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DEPART BEFORE the end of your reservation, you will forfeit any monies paid. YOUR SITE CANNOT BE SUBLEASED. NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK IN.

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of money or valuables. I agree to comply with all rules posted here and on the grounds. I also agree to instruct all those staying or visiting with me to comply with all the rules while in this park.

We impose a convenience fee of 3% on any payments made with a credit card. We do not apply a fee to purchases made with cash and debit cards.

• Visitor Pass must always be displayed in windshield.

• SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH!

• One vehicle per site; the second vehicle must be parked in overflow parking with a pass.

• Bicycles, motorcycles, and golf carts must be parked in your RV site — not in grass or on patio.

• No trailer or boat/jet ski parking allowed in overflow parking.

• WE WILL BOOT YOUR VEHICLE IF NO PASS IS VISIBLE — at your expense, $75.

• Jet Skis — there is an additional fee to tie up to the dock. See office for where to tie up. Kayaks must be tied to seawall.

• Sites are not to be subleased or switched to another person for any reason.

• No carpet or mats on the grass. No tents allowed.

• No stakes of any kind in the grass due to irrigation.

• No ground fires, wood burning fire pits, or fireworks permitted in the park.

• NO SOLO STOVES PERMITTED.

• Do not use grills or cooktops on the picnic tables. They are $300 to replace + shipping.

• Florida Health Board requires a secure sewer connection. We have sewer donuts available for purchase if needed.

• Do not drain grey water on the ground or grease in the sewer line.

• Each site has a backflow valve attached to your water connection ($10 charge to replace).

• Bicycles, motorcycles, and golf carts must be parked in RV site — not in grass or on patio.

• We do have a sprinkler system that runs intermittently throughout the night.

• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Swim diapers are REQUIRED for diaper wearing children.

• NO pets, NO glass, sharp objects, water balloons, bicycles, or skateboards in pool area.

• This is a family friendly Resort — dress appropriately.

• No smoking in the pool area.

Pets in condos must be approved. They have to be non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs.

No cats are allowed.

All pets must always be on a leash (6 ft max length). Pets are not to be tied up or left unattended at any time.

• Maximum 6′ × 6′ kennels on site patio ONLY.

• No fences. NO pets in Resort buildings. NO pets in pool area.

• Excessive barking and aggressive behavior will not be permitted for the safety of our guests.

• Please pick up after your pet. Pet waste stations are located throughout the Resort — $35 fee for non-compliance.

• DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOG TO DIG — new sod in the Resort.

All cancellations are subject to a fee as follows:

Boat Slip

• Daily: $45 fee if you cancel PRIOR to 14 days before start of reservation. (Within 14 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

• Weekly: $75 per week fee — must cancel PRIOR to 14 days before start. (Within 14 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

• Monthly: $200 per month fee if you cancel PRIOR to 60 days before start. (Within 60 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

RV

• Daily: $45 fee if you cancel PRIOR to 14 days before start. (Within 14 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

• Weekly: $75 per week fee — must cancel PRIOR to 14 days before start. (Within 14 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

• Monthly: $300 per month fee if you cancel PRIOR to 60 days before start. (Within 60 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

If you cancel a reservation for a week plus additional days, you will lose $75.00 for the week and $45.00 on the daily reservation. Do not count your arrival date as part of the 14 days. (Example: reservation is on a Monday — must cancel the previous Sunday or before to receive any portion of your deposit.)

Townhomes

• Daily: $150 fee if you cancel prior to 14 days before start. (Within 14 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

• Weekly: $200 per week fee if you cancel prior to 14 days before start. (Within 14 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

• Monthly: $350 per month fee if you cancel 60 days prior to start. (Within 60 days = FULL deposit forfeited.)

You will lose your FULL deposit if you cancel within the 14-day (daily or weekly) or 60-day (monthly) window above. DO NOT COUNT YOUR ARRIVAL DATE as part of 14 days.

Since we are unable to control Mother Nature, there will be no refunds due to weather. In the event of a mandatory evacuation for our area and you choose to depart, we will apply the remaining credit for a future stay. 

Plan your stay accordingly.

NO REFUNDS FOR VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE OR EVICTIONS.

After 5 p.m., your "late arrival" paperwork will be in the late arrival box outside of the clubhouse. It will have everything you need for your first night. If you have any questions, please call the office for more details. 

Good Sam members receive a 10% discount for single night stays only, up to a maximum discount of $50.00. This discount is not valid for Special Dated Rates. We are also happy to give a 10% discount to active Military / Military Veterans on RV sites only, up to a maximum discount of $50.00. We do not discount townhome or boat slips. We do not discount weekly / monthly RV site rates as they are already discounted. NO DISCOUNTS AFTER CHECK IN — you must provide the discount at check in or it will not be honored.
