Yes! Pets must remain on a leash no longer than six feet and cannot be left unattended. Please pick up after your pet. Pets are not permitted in resort buildings or the pool area, and aggressive behavior or excessive barking is not allowed.

Families are welcome outside Snowbird Season. From December 1–March 1, the RV park operates as an adults-only community. Grandchildren may visit for short stays during this period; extended stays are not permitted.

Yes, monthly stays are available during select periods, subject to availability and approval. RV reservations and continuous stays cannot exceed six months, and guests cannot establish permanent residency at the resort. See our RV rates for seasonal monthly options.

The resort is approximately half a mile from Gulf Islands National Seashore and two to four miles from public beach access points. Our waterfront sitting area is for relaxing rather than swimming.

Propane-fueled fire pits are permitted. Ground fires, wood-burning fire pits, Solo Stoves, fireworks, and tents are not allowed. Grills are not provided, and grills or cooktops must never be placed on picnic tables.

Eligible RV stays may qualify for a Good Sam or active military/veteran discount. Weekly and monthly RV rates are already discounted. Please contact the office to confirm eligibility and present your discount at check-in; discounts cannot be applied afterward.

Your late-arrival paperwork will be in the box outside the clubhouse, with the information you need for your first night. Contact the office before arrival if you have questions.

Daily cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur a $45 fee. Weekly cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur a $75-per-week fee. Monthly cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival incur a $300-per-month fee. Cancellations within those windows forfeit the full deposit. Deposits for reservations containing any special rated or holiday date are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refunds are issued after check-in.
