Yes. Our marina rate sheet includes daily, weekly, and monthly options. Rates vary by boat size and stay length, and reservations are subject to availability.

The rate sheet lists monthly rental at $17 per foot plus electricity if over the minimum. Listed monthly minimums are $485 for boats under 29 feet and $585 for boats 30–44 feet. Contact the marina to confirm pricing for boats 45 feet and up. Monthly reservations containing special rated days have an additional upcharge.

Yes. Our RV sites and furnished condos give your group additional ways to stay at the same resort. Reserve each accommodation separately, subject to availability.

Fishing and jumping from the docks are not permitted. Bicycles and skateboards are also prohibited on the marina dock.

The waterfront beach area is not designated for swimming because of the deep-water marina slips and regular boat traffic. Enjoy the resort pool or visit nearby Gulf beaches instead.

Jet skis require an additional dock tie-up fee. Please see the office for the designated tie-up location. Kayaks must be tied to the seawall.

Please contact the office before arrival to confirm an approved trailer parking location. Boat and jet ski trailers are not permitted in overflow parking.

Daily cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur a $45 fee. Weekly cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur a $75-per-week fee. Monthly cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival incur a $200-per-month fee. Cancellations within those windows forfeit the full deposit. Deposits for reservations containing any special rated or holiday date are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refunds are issued after check-in.
